All digital purchases are non-refundable.  If you experience any technical issues with receiving your purchase, please contact us.

Physical products (excluding all apparel & mugs) have a 14 day return policy from date of purchase and must be unopened and undamaged when returned.  Items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return.
